Q. What type of franchise is available?
A. We franchise the right to operate a diagnostic testing and supplemental education center that provides individualized tutoring and assessment, standardized test preparation and individually tailored instructional programs and services to children and young adults. As a part of your business model, you will also have the right to run an accredited private school, Omega Private Academy.
Q. How much is the franchise fee ?

Q. How much is the fee for continuing support services?
A. The continuing services or “royalty fee,” is 8 % of your gross sales for the week ending the previous Saturday. This fee entitles you to use the “Omega Learning Center” service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being an Omega Learning Center franchise.
Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?
A. We will grant you a territory (called an “area of primary responsibility” or “area”) that will be delineated by zip codes or other physical, political or natural boundaries containing a population of approximately # 80,000.
Q. What about advertising?
A. The Omega Learning Center name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum of $3,000 on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend at least 5% of your gross sales per month on local advertising. In addition, if we should establish fees for a Marketing Fund, you will be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of up to 2% of your weekly gross sales.
Q. How much training is provided?
A. The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of an Omega Learning Center Business and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.
Q. What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for four successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
